About
Layouts, keyframes, and coffee.

Hi, I’m Patti Milton, a Designer and Animator creating visuals with story, character, and focus.
My work blends clean design thinking with expressive character driven instincts, creating visuals that feel polished, intentional, and full of personality. Whether I’m building a brand moment, designing a product piece, or shaping a moving image, I’m always looking for the small details that make something memorable.
My experience includes work connected to major entertainment brands including Marvel and Warner Bros., where strong visuals, clear communication, and production-ready execution matter at every stage. That background taught me how to think cinematically, solve creatively, and make design choices that support a bigger story.
As a designer, I’m drawn to work with charm, clarity, and a little bit of mischief. I love expressive characters, playful design systems, bold visual moments, and anything that gives a project its own voice. My style is professional, but never stiff.
At the center of everything I make is visual storytelling. I want the work to feel alive, whether it’s printed on packaging, worn on apparel, moving across a screen, or sitting quietly on a page. My goal is to create design that connects quickly, communicates clearly, and leaves people with something they remember.
Powered by visual storytelling, expressive design, strong coffee, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

What I get hired for
And what I love to do
Animation
My home base in film and TV. I work in previs and postvis, blocking shots, timing action, and bringing characters and creatures to life so a sequence reads clearly long before it’s finished. It’s fast, collaborative, story-first work, and it’s where I learned to think cinematically.
Graphic Design
Design you can hold. I create packaging, branding, apparel, and layouts that feel polished on a shelf and true to the story behind them. Whether it’s a retail collection or a piece of merch, I sweat the small details, the ones that make something feel considered instead of just decorated.
Visual Development
Setting the look and feel. From concept and visual development to the finishing details, I shape the visual direction of a project so every choice supports the story and carries a bit of character. It’s where design thinking and animation instincts meet: professional, expressive, and never stiff.
